The First Day
Throughout our on-boarding program, you are going through a number of different stages. Meet your mentor and discuss all relevant important items with her or him. He will get you acquainted with your other colleagues and introduce you to your first tasks. In your personal welcome mail, you can further introduce yourself to the entire team.
The First Week
During the first week, there will be many new things to learn and to get used to. We will share and guide you through the existing processes so you quickly settle in and feel comfortable. The team always welcomes new members and will help to get started.
Feedback
To quickly blend in and integrate we are always keen on feedback. That´s why we conduct regular feedback meetings. During these interviews, we share experiences and thoughts try to give positive impulses for your every day work. Once we feel you are comfortable with what you do and seek for more we are happy to identify new challenges and responsibilities.
End of Probation Period
After a probation period of 6 months, starting from your first day of work, we would like to welcome you as a permanent member of the M-Way team. Each new team member will be rewarded with a bonus voucher which is a symbolized confirmation of the transition to a permanent contract.
