History

2005

Volker Hahn decides to end his success full career in ERP software development to pursue new opportunities in the mobile industry.

In 2005, he founds M-Way Solutions GmbH as a service provider for enterprise mobility. Three years before the introduction of the iPhone and apps as we know them today – Nokia dominates the mobile world.

2006

M-Way Solutions wins the contract to build a mobile banking software solution from a large telecom vendor. The company in Stuttgart has grown to a team of 6.

2008

A Bavarian automobile manufacturer opts for the mCAP platform of M-Way Solutions as a supplier for its Connected Drive offering. This is the beginning of mobility-related services in the automotive industry. The team has grown to 12 employees and delivers enterprise mobility solutions, as well as enterprise apps to corporate customers.

2009

The Merck PSE app developed by M-Way Solutions, is shaping up to be one of the most successful educational apps. In the course of the year M-Way Solutions has also set up an entity in Slovakia with 4 employees.

2012

The US telematics provider Agero, becomes investor and partner of M-Way Solutions to develop new Connected Car solutions. In January 2013, together with Agero M-Way Solutions presents, the newly released Connected Car platform at the CES in Las Vegas.

2014

The company has grown to more than 40 employees and has moved into new their premises at Stresemannstraße in Stuttgart. In summer of 2014, the Relution software platform is presented to the public, including a full-fledged enterprise app store, mobile device management and a mobile application management solution. M-Way Solutions has developed more than 50 enterprise apps.

2016

Complementary to the existing enterprise mobility offering, M-Way Solutions starts the development of an IoT platform. In the course of the summer the US branch of Relution is set up in New York City to support Relution’s market entry in the USA. The company now focuses on two core areas: enterprise mobility software and mobile business solutions.

2017

M-Way Solutions launches its IoT and Smart Beacon platform BlueRange®, to help large organizations to digitize their physical space. The company has grown to 60 employees and more than 70 customers from a variety of industries. In July 2017, M-Way Solutions opens a representative branch in Cologne.
